breakfast is plentiful and not expensive, super clean, super comfy, huge room, great value

The staff really tried their best to help us out. Their effort is highly appreciated, from finding a lost package sent to us, to sending something out urgently while we were away from the hotel. 10 out of 10 for staff service. It’s also one of the few hotels left in Nanjing that do not refuse foreigners.

I was allowed to check in early--about 8:30 am, which was a huge relief, as I had just gotten out of COVID quarantine. The staff was very helpful in arranging taxis, and calling to see if tourist sites were open (they weren't).

The hotel room layout is spacious with big windows that face the lake.
